Anti-Bribery Statement
Policy Ref: GHC-001-ETHICS
Clean Governance, Clean Spaces
Global Hygiene Care (GHC) is committed to conducting business with integrity and transparency. We believe that professional hygiene standards cannot be built on a foundation of corruption. Our 'Shield of Excellence' is as much about our moral standard as it is about our chemical standards.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Global Hygiene Care (GHC) maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and unethical kickbacks. This applies to all employees, contractors, and regional partners. We compete based on technical excellence, chemical potency, and service reliability—never through financial inducement.
Procurement Ethics
All procurement cycles for GHC products and services must be transparent. Our staff are strictly forbidden from offering gifts or personal benefits to procurement officers, facility managers, or government officials in exchange for contract awards.
Employee Integrity
GHC employees undergo mandatory ethics training. Any employee found to be soliciting or accepting bribes will face immediate summary dismissal and referral to the appropriate legal authorities.
Reporting Violations
If you are approached by any GHC representative requesting an unethical payment, or if you suspect any breaches of this policy, you are urged to report it immediately. GHC provides full whistleblower protection.
Partner Compliance
We expect our suppliers and partners to maintain equivalent anti-bribery standards. GHC reserves the right to terminate any partnership where there is evidence of corruption, regardless of the impact on project timelines or procurement volumes.
